Aicha is a graduate of the ESCP business school in Paris. She began her career in 2016 in investment banking in London and Berlin, focusing on European M&A deals and fundraising. In 2020 she moved into financial services recruitment working for leading Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds, Investment Banks and Corporates in Paris, London and throughout Europe. Additionally, Aicha is a lecturer at ESCP, teaching courses in the MS Finance program, ranked number one worldwide by the Financial Times in 2024.

Born and raised in Casablanca, Aicha lived in Paris for 12 years before moving to Nice to enjoy the excellent Mediterranean lifestyle. She is a horse rider and is passionate about travel and gastronomy.
