Alessio is an Italian national with a degree in Philosophy of Science from the University of Milan and a Master’s degree in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management in Paris. He has spent time in the USA both working and studying (UCLA), experiences that helped shape his personality and international background.

He has worked in talent acquisition both for an international recruitment company and, more recently, a tech startup where he was also responsible for business development and fundraising.

At Norman Alex, Alessio will be developing the fintech and wider technology sectors in Europe, with a particular focus on Italy and Monaco.

He lives in Sanremo with his wife and daughter and speaks Italian, English, reasonable French and respectable Spanish which he has the opportunity to practice with his wife’s side of the family.
