Charles is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) - Cycle ENA (Ecole National d’Administration), of HEC Paris (Haute Ecole Commerciale de Paris) – Leadership Executive Education, of ENSADE/ Insead (Institut Supérieur des Affaires et de Direction des Entreprises) and from Council of Europe. He has 28 years of top executive international experience as Chairman of boards, CEO, Big Four leader, CFO of top tier one global listed companies and Economic Advisor for the French Foreign Affairs in Washington D.C.  

 

With a strong track record in many sectors including public administration, construction, telecommunications, private and investment banking, private equity, family offices and commodity trading, he has established a reputation for discretion and efficiency at the most senior level. He is also recognized in the world of consulting (KPMG, Deloitte and PwC) for which he has supported numerous C-level and Boards level clients on many strategic issues. 

 

Charles has also been a senior lecturer at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève since 2015, at ESSEC since 2018 and at Harvard Law School since 2020. He is also an Expert in Geopolitics for the European Centre for Law and Economy in Paris.
