Jack is a graduate of Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pa. where he majored in Economics and Political Science. After university, he earned his Master’s degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1970.

After serving 2 years in the United States Air Force, his work career began with Merrill Lynch and progressed to The Boston Company in Boston (now part of BNY Mellon) where he managed the liability side of the bank’s balance sheet. The Boston Company then sent Jack to London to build a new bank, which he did, and also bought a Swiss bank and a mutual fund processing company.

Jack has spent the last 25 years in Europe managing and running banks and US broker dealers. The majority of the time was with Prudential Bache Securities where he had significant responsibilities running their bank in Geneva and all of their offices in Europe and Asia. Jack has acted as a strategic consultant to various Swiss banks, other corporations and venture capital groups.

As an international senior executive, he used executive recruiters extensively throughout his career and is eminently qualified to work with senior executives in helping them grow their businesses as a recruiter, coach, and consultant. Jack now resides in South Florida where he continues to consult with international companies, is active in the tech start-up community in Miami, serves on various boards, plays some golf, and is an amateur chef.
