Jérôme is a French national and graduate with a major in Economics and Spanish from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia (USA). After college, he went into a French business school, Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris. He began his career directly in the recruitment industry when he joined Ivor ALEX at Robert Half France in 1994. He actively developed the finance practice and, as the company grew throughout the years, became manager of a team of consultants.
In 2002, he moved to Monaco to re-join Ivor ALEX at Norman Alex to develop both the Parisian and Luxembourg markets. He set up the Paris office in January 2005 before moving to Geneva in order to oversee the development of the Swiss market. His responsibilities cover private banking, asset management, corporate finance and capital markets for a wide variety of clients throughout Europe.
Jerome has kept his cosmopolitan background and appreciates traveling throughout the world on his vacation: indeed, he has kept strong ties with the United States where he regularly visits his family and his fraternity brothers (Sigma Chi) from college. He also likes sports and is an active member of the ski team in his club where he also plays tennis and golf. He favours the following human values: family, sport, good health and hard work. Nevertheless, he strongly believes that everyone should take time to put things in perspective, not to take things too seriously, and most importantly to have fun!
